So having a gun that kills twice as fast as any other in iron banner makes it balanced.. lmao

The only hcs with a better ttk before nerf Is hawkmoon TLW and thorn with DoT. All of which are exotic hand cannons which should beat out any autorifle-esque gun. The vex pre nerf was an insanely op auto rifle that had zero recoil...
