No... Armour of light whilst in the Ward of Dawn gives you significant damage resistance compared to Sunsinger or Bladedancer. I would know since I've had three enemies enter at one time and they were all shooting me and meeling me lol and I took care of them with ease. Also whenever a blacdedaancr has entered my shield I always take care of them - only exception being when he knocks me out of it lol. I'm pretty sure the Ward cannot be shot through... never experienced it. Neither has my shield been taken down by another super... Come to think of it the primary weakness of the shield is the Fist of Havoc. Plus when I'm a striker I've literally never been killed whilst using fist of Havoc - and that's without the damage resistance upgrade for Fist of Havoc.
