Please over look my account I have not been able to obtain shards or energy from public events and daily missions and etc. for about a month I have been waiting in hopes you would have released an update to fix but that hasn't happened so now I asking please look over my account I have been trying to get ahold of someone from bungie all day yesterday and so far today also but I have gotten nothing in return other than a bunch of know it alls trying to tell me I'm not playing the game right but when everyone in my fireteam is getting them and not me its pritty obvious thats it the game and not me im not idiot I am an adult who works and would like the game I payed full price for to work its really aggravating when everyone around you is getting shards and energy for public events and daily missions but not me and I'm still not getting loot other than engrams from strikes and daily mission and sometimes they won't even give me the engram for completing it ill only get what drops during gameplay
