The bubble works both ways, if you see a nova coming, jump out and the bubble will be toast but you will be safe, same with another titans FoH and with a hunter, if you use the perk that grants a shield inside you can mitigate the damage and survive longer by keeping the bubble between you and the hunter, not the weakest by far just how it's utilized
