Destiny needs a glimmer sink
As it is, there are some problems:
[b]The glimmer cap is too low[/b] - It's way too easy to hit 25k and stay there.
[b]Glimmer is almost useless[/b] - Upgrading gear takes barely any, I'm sitting on a lot of "turn these into glimmer at the cryptarch" type of items and I can't even use them because I'm always at 25k.
This game needs a [b]glimmer sink[/b]. Glimmer has to be given some value by giving it more use and taking some of it out of the game.
For example, you could let people upgrade their vault with glimmer. Sell 1 glimmer slot for a high amount like 5k or 10k glimmer a pop. Seems steep? Yeah, but now there is some use in getting more glimmer and people would [b]love[/b] to get a bigger vault, especially those who collect shaders/emblems and exotics + other weaponry.
Well here goes, I wonder if anyone will read it.

由Label07编辑： 10/25/2014 12:03:26 AM50k needs to be the new cap. - Ascendant Shards/Energy should be purchasable (for a steep price) - Have a legendary on every refresh with unique random stats spawn on the WeaponSmith purchasable for a HUGE amount of glimmer (20k?) - Same for Cryptarch, legendary every refresh for random slot (20k) - Add Orange ammo synth for 2.5-5k glimmer per each (read another thread for specifics on that) - Materials; spinmetal, helium, etc. all purchasable (will need new vendor for this) Getting tired of doing your thinking for you and not getting paid for it Bungie.

1 回复Exotic shaders selling for 25,000 glimmer - one new shader available for only one day each week similar to Xur - at least it might force that Eva lady to rotate her stock.

1 回复Make an npc that sells ascendant materials n other upgrade-materials such as spinmetals, spirit bloom etc etc make them purchasable with both glimmer n faction marks

1 回复We need more things to buy, like ship and weapon shaders, more shaders for gear, also upgrades for ur sparrow amd shaders for ur ghost, there is tons of stuff they could have added, but i too have hit the cap over a dozen times, i just use my glimmer to buy engrams from the cryptarch to help level him up.
