Yes exactly and the grind is still real, do we not still have to complete and play for hours to get a chance at this random roll? Or do I just conquer two weekly's with my characters that takes me a MAX 1 hour then buy it from Xur?? ....

Yeah but you could be doing the same grind for absolutely no reward, that's why it's nothing but luck. You are not more worthy of your weapon that anyone else who gets it, even people who get it from xur. Everyone paid the same 60 dollars for this game, so everyone is equally entitled.
