The statement about the bounties is BS cuz I've turned in a single bounty at a time and got an exotic bounty on more than one occasion of doing so. So that theory is shot, onto the RNG, It's a series of numbers generated randomly by a computer system. The ONLY difference between this loot system and a lottery system, you get to choose a sequence of numbers for a chance at winning the lottery. Soo... Your logic is broken.
