Yeah, I actually never understood why people aren't intelligent enough to combine this. It's so obvious. Also, why needing a guide? Sorry, but in fact you only run around and farm those items. I usually combine this with bounties as you mentioned. But then again, it seems people become more and more dependent and must be taken by hand...
