There's also a damage reduction setting, like a handicap, for pvp too right? Where can I find the menu for this? Pretty sure people are hacking and I want to even the odds. It's a pretty serious hack- otherwise I wouldn't get killed in pvp. Help pls?

You wouldn't be able to kill the hackers at will since they can turn God mode on and off no point in trying to kill them.
