That would be a pretty major event and would take Bungie some time to make. How many are willing to wait? +1 Would kick ass. Perhaps a loss means smoking ruins of the Tower for a week. The attack was repelled, but many lives were lost. Hell, maybe tie city morale into what the vendors sell and even the Cryptarch's odds of giving out higher level stuff. Get the city's morale high enough and vendors begin selling Legendaries and maybe even exotics for glimmer as a thank you. Do poorly and the opposite occurs. Edit: Since Bungie can track what happens across servers, make a total team effort, perhaps something like Guardian deaths vs. whatever enemy launched the attack. Hmmm, maybe after a defeat, the next time that same enemy attacks, they bring more firepower. Lots of ultras and stuff. It would take many "victories" to get city morale up to the point that exotics would be available for glimmer, don't worry about that. The final battle before that got unlocked would the biggest shitstorm of all time. It would make Nightfalls look like child's play.
