I'd like to see more ways of getting level 30 outside of a 6 person raid. Hardly any of my friends have this game and am lucky to be a part of any raids that go on. In sure there's a lot more people than just me who don't have that opportunity to participate as much as others can. There needs to be more ways, even if it's more random or harder to obtain. More customization can't hurt anyways.
