Hullo Forums, now I don't usually do this, however I feel that something must be said at this point about the change in drop rates after the so-called "Legendary" patch. Since this patch went live I have decoded over one hundred rare engrams without any of them being legendary. To make matters worse I have not found a single, and I am completely sure about this, legendary engram either. What's the point of having engrams of guaranteed quality if you never get any? In any case I'm just putting this out there to see how the community responds and if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
