Bonus's work when you have the boost's in your inventory for killing certain monsters.

Inventory? You can put grumpier cards in your inventory? If you meant bounties I still do not get anything from those either. The only thing I boost off of those is getting Radiant Light from the Nightfall Strike each week, and that only boosts exp and rep. I get the same boost as my friends who have not completed the requirements for the bonus I mentioned.

Grimiore cards help A. Get you more resources from chests/nodes B. Get you more resources from city tasks (missions on patrol) C. Increase glimmer you get from certain enemies when a consumable is active (ether seeds and the like)

The Grimoire bonus from killing 50 VIPs has not done anything noticeable. I have not additional resources from completing city task and I have confirmed rewards with friends. I am still receiving the same amount. I already know all the bonuses, I have only a few left to unlock, like I said, but the VIP city task resource bonuses have not done anything.
