It's not more or any less balanced than Crucible. In Iron Banner, levels and equipment still don't matter. I do the same damage to a level 10 that I do to a level 30. The whole "equipment is no longer balanced" thing is absolute bullshit.

They two shot kill me (not with super or sniper or heavy ammo) while I dump a whole clip into their heads. If everyone thinks equipment balancing is gone, they are sorely mistaken.

In this I was getting .34KD at best. It was ridiculous. I had a level 12 character kill me with 2 shots (from his normal gun). So, unless there is cheating or some special trick I don't know about...
