If I EVER had a legendary engram drop from a thrall I'd change my tune, but it's never happened. Most of the time green, occasionally blue, but never purple. I'd rather hone my skills against enemies with a pulse anyways, killing Dreg and thralls doesn't sate my appetite for a good gunfight.
