Going out of my way to not eat meat, eggs, or anything derived from animal origin is, yes, too expensive. How much do you think the internet costs?

That in no way constitutes a "huge inconvenience". You're taking the mildest inconvenience possible and overstating it. But obviously if convenience is more important to you than ethics, you don't need to even do that. You can just say it outright.
