Until there is hard proof that the drop rates of engrams are different in tiger strikes, then I will continue to run thru them.
The only thing that they tweaked was the rewards at the end of the strike. They didn't tweak the drop rate inside the strike.

You are under false assumptions. It may seem like certain places have higher drop rates but you are wrong unless you have the actual drop rate numbers. It would defeat the purpose of RNG if different areas had higher or lower drop rates. Everything has a flat chance to drop an Engram. The same chance actually.
