Basically to get that bounty you have to go hardcore and butcher way more players per life than needed to complete the terms of it. Otherwise you will literally be stuck with it forever. Its difficult but do-able as many people have done it already.

Hang on hear the man out. Of your last few kills/ deaths did you a) die twelve times then kill two people in one life, get killed once and then kill one more person before the match ended. or b) get one kill and thirteen deaths but then kill two people at the end without dying before the match ended? In either of those two scenarios his statement would be accurate

How I think it is counted be the answer but nobody can verify this. 1. It is counted per life, not per match 2. You need more than 1 kill per life 3. All kills in that life count. Example. (number are in kills per life) 1 kill: +0 2 kills: +2 3 kills: +3 Etcetera.
