I don't care about OP, I was simply stating that rank=the luck you have in this game And this is true as soon as you hit 20, maybe you'll be super lucky and get good gear right away, then some shards to boost that up. OR You've been grinding forever and still can't get legendaries, in that case the only solution would be to grind marks and rep forever until you can buy some.. then you still will need shards to boost to 28, if you are not lucky and can't get any even by completing public events and raid then it doesn't mean that he doesn't know how to play the game YOU IDIOT
