You do realise that those "nubs" had to earn quite a large number of strange coins right? Rather than getting Suros from a random engram drop or some other example of dumb luck? I bought Suros because I thought it is the exotic version of the sort of auto rifle that I favour. Obtaining a gun through patience and grinding does not make a person more of a noob than getting it through pure luck.

That wouldve been a valid arguement if I wasnt referencing the thorn being earned. Thtough coins or dumb luck suros wasnt really earned. Coins are cake to get and dumb luck is dumb luck

Admittedly coins can be dumb luck too, depending on engrams and such. I am starting to wonder, other than exotic bounties, is there actually a way to truly earn exotic weapons? I was referring to the part of your comment about noobs running around with Suros, I simply don't agree that acquiring a certain weapon automatically makes someone a noob. Back to the point though, I think exotics should only be earned by defeating certain bosses on hardest difficulty for certain weapons, and even then not guaranteed. Exotic should be a badge of honour, proof you survived a trial by fire, not earned through luck or grinding.
