You can skip any cutscene by simply leaving the game before the end mission timer runs out. You can also do this with strikes and everything else because you get your rewards as soon as the End Mission timer starts running. You dont have to go to your scoreboard for that. But if you only need quick bounty kills in specific missions you only want to kill the boss and quickly return to orbit as you dont get any rewards from those missions anyway
