This has been an issue since the alpha release. My character model is not showing on the web or companion app. I have seen that I'm not alone and that it doesn't seem to be limited to phone brand or model and have seen no comments from bungie staff at all on the matter. I know it's an ancillary feature however it is nice to show off your character to friends, co workers, and even strangers to promote your game and expand your user base. Can we please get a acknowledgement of "we are aware of the problem and it's being worked on" or even a "we know of the issue but have much bigger fish to fry" confirmation? The app doesn't even try to download the models, with or without 3d setting on. Have uninstalled, cleared cache, deleted app and remnant folders, reinstalled and nothing. Thank you for your time.
