It says right on the engram that the legendary or exotic that is possible to get is for a random class, should know that before hand. Run with a full fireteam though and you will increase your drop chances. Use the moon method on darkness within and you can get 3+ in an hour easy.

Yeah I realise it says on the engram that I will get a random class. But that really isn't fair is it? The drop rate of legendary engrams even on the darkness of the moon mission grind method is painfully slow. Green engrams drop a lot . But blue and purple very less. So to have that one hard earned legendary engram give you a green is not at all fair.

Why should it be easy to obtain? Aside from exotics which you can only wear one at a time of weapon and armor, legendary is the best there is. It should be something you have to really work for, not jsut some simple handout.

I understand what you mean. I was merely airing frustration at not getting a single legendary despite opening 3 legendary ingrams. It shouldn't be RNG though. There should be some sort of pattern.
