I got all of mine through drops. Most story missions and strikes give me at least 1 rare engram per mission. And I've obtained a total of 6 legendary engrams and only 1 of them was actually a legendary. Just be patient. Play strikes cause the crucible doesn't give you shit for loot

ok. that's what I thought cause crucible kept giving me crap I already have. I'm just gonna do strikes all day. I'm off work in like 2 hours. so gonna go home, sleep for 3 hours, then strike the shit out of the moon and VENUS lol.
