Looking for low-key older gamers for my group.
I'm 38, still a gamer, but most of my friends have given it up. It's starting to suck for online stuff. So I'm looking for other people like me. People who aren't hyper-competitive, like story, and might not have a lot of friends playing newer games, but still want to have fun . Also, looking for the type of people who won't hold it against you if you suddenly have to drop to go help your spouse with the kids. Or don't mind you not being around for 2 weeks because you are away on business (and hating having to be away from the game). I mostly play on Xbox One, but I'm more than willing to help organize stuff for PlayStation people.
If you are interested, join the "Grue" group (yes, named after a monster in a game that doesn't have graphics, full 1080 or not). We'll sort out the clan stuff from there.
And before any of you hyper-reflexed 14 year old crucible death machines make fun of me, remember you will be old some day too. At least I'm still playing.

2 回复Any room for a 24 year old? I feel like I am isolated amongst the masses that only care about instant results and loot. I feel like most havnt even stopped and looked at the vistas or contemplate the story. I love jumping into the competitive side every now and then, if the mood strikes

Damn, if you think you have it bad add a decade and see how it feels. I have been playing Destiny solo on Xbone since the start and it is getting to be a grind. Especially when you HAVE to do certain missions which are nigh on impossible alone. Have sent a join request but not sure what else, if anything, is needed. Lvl 25 Warlock

Sounds like something I can get behind. I'm 28 but have no kids or spouse. Currently level 17 Hunter as I only play a few hours a night after midnight (I work swing shift) and I will play as much as I can on my days off. I only have one friend (real life friend) that I play with. He is a few years older than I with spouse and kids, and we could use a group for strikes and the raid. We are both on xone. I will look into your grue group. See you star side.
