Hello. I ordered a copy of Destiny for xbox 360 and received the code for Red Sparrow. However when I redeemed the code on xbox.com side using redeem code option there was information about that the Red Sparrow addon is ready and everything is ok. But when I log in to the game there is no package in the postmaster. I tried with reloading the game, restarting the console and the game, nothing helps. When I contacted the xbox customer service they said that I indeed redeemed the code but there had to be some error but they do not know either it is on their side or yours (as game dev). What to do, what to do?
