I have exact same issue here it is i got my code 2 hours before midnight release and can not pre-load the game which is a huge 40 gb download. I think Sony did this not the dev as it would drive people to buy the game directly from PSN instead of another party. *slow clap* bravo sony! I am starting to remember why i walked away from consoles....
