Your Halo stats are all there on halo.bungie.net. Bungie.net itself no longer keeps track or displays Halo stats or information. If you have issues with Waypoint itself, I'd suggest asking around there where they know the site better.
I don't know about Sneakernet myself.

My main focus is getting SneakerNet to work; I can deal without the stats.
