Japan begins production of more Dreadnaught class battleships, which will be refitted as Deluxe city state-stations for the populace of Japan, solving the current over-crowding problem. Because of the refit, all active military-grade weapons and munitions on the current active Dreadnaught will be deactivated and stored within secure compounds under the Japanese mainland. The current active Dreadnaught will be kept as a museum, and all proceeds will be used to fund the new City Stations. Japan Donates the fourth of mars it received to whoever wants it first, and uses a small section of Harperion to make a wildlife preserve/national park/culture/history park for ancient to modern Japanese culture.
