Iceland's government has been overthrown by IA sympathizers and is made a province of Imperial America. The IAMC has deployed marines to secure and instill order to the new province, and America empties their prisons and sends the occupants to Iceland to begin mandatory working on turning the island into a massive naval and orbital shipyard for the IA's military.
