Yea, for most games I would finish the campaign, maybe go for some achievements, and then play multiplayer until the end of time. Campaign doesnt really have that much replayability, but in Destiny, I feel that I will be playing a ton of PvE and not just PvP. So PvE abilities actually matter, and IMO hunters are just for people who wanna go tryhard in PvP
