Yes unfortunately for consumers this whole franchise will probably rely on expansions in the form of DLC hopefully some of it is for free. if not I will just raid this for with picture of DC universe everywhere. Not the best game but offers a lot for free almost as much as Bungie is offering for 60$.
I am excited about Destiny don't get me wrong! I loved beta.

The original contract with Activision that was made public ages ago stated there would be numbered sequels every few years in the 10-year deal. I don't see why that would change so I think it's safe to expect 'Destiny 2' at some point.

I expect a second destiny but what I also expect is a cash cow of DLC. So hopefully the second part is not true. I hope at least some of future expansions are free. But according to some people they have already basically released all the content they plan to release. Which I doubt! But if true I will be satisfied.
