Inject low-ish PH level acid directly into the subjects veins and then inject adrenaline in order to raise their heart rate spreading the acidic content further through their bodies faster, then alternate between a heat rate slowing drug and adrenaline so the acid will be more painful. Do this while the subject his strapped to a bed of rusty nails and broken glass for maximum effect
