I'll admit it is slightly reminiscent if the order, although it actually has mechanics other than cover and shooting, that time manipulation looks fun, and if the tv series is good, it could really come together

The gameplay starts after a couple of minutes.

...You aren't actually able to shoot,kill or do much of anything until then. You just walk around as his daughter,then carry his daughter, then cut-scene, then you walk some more looking at possibly infected getting checked...THEN you actually start doing stuff.
Thus my point, 15/20 min to actually start, My mistake for not clarifying.

I NEVER said it wasn't gameplay,
I said it took 15/20min for you to be able to actually do much of anything.
