Just want to point out how everyone says this is such a bad move for SE, yet when From Software announced Bloodbourne no one said anything. Why? I understand that FS has a closer relationship with Sony but doesn't the same principle apply. Less people to sell your game too. A lot of you sound one sided.

The reason is because Xbox is evil. They kill gaming and don't embrace new ideas. This is another example of it. They use money to deprive other gamers of a game that people would like to play. They should use their money to build their own studios. Build your own uncharted or the last of us. Not remove a well establish mutiplats from gamers. Every thing x box does this gen has been bad for gaming. After everything they have done in the past year they never fail to disappoint more.

Bloodborne is not a Souls game, it's a new IP. It has no connection to the Souls games what so ever. People who played DS1&DS2 will not be missing out on anything in the Souls franchise or lore/story. Tomb Raider is an ongoing series, and an old IP. People who were looking forward to the sequel either have to get an Xbone or wait and see if it's actually timed. They will be missing out on the next chapter of a multiplatform franchise. Completely different scenario mate. TR is an on-going series, and has a connected story. Bloodborne is a new IP, and has nothing to do with the DS1&DS2 universe. But let's go with your logic and apply it to something else. Insomniac made games almost exclusively for Playstation for years. Fans of Insomniac will now be missing out on a game from one of their favourite devs because it is exclusive. See how stupid that sounds? Because that's what you sound like right now.

Nice try lemon but you know that the only reason why Insomniac made it X1 is that they wAnted to keep there IP. Sony choose not to agree to that so they pitched it to MS. That is not even close to what happened here. Who looks stupid now?
-
Well that's one theory but it is an opinion. So it can be neither true or untrue. I think his points are wrong. My personal opinion is that the fact that it's a new IP is irrelevant. Lemon disagrees. Oh -blam!-ing well. His and I assume your view will not change my opinion nor will calling me stupid. Just because you agree with him doesn't mean he is right. I generally don't like 3rd party companies making console exclusive games

It's not the same at all. Bloodborne is a NEW IP! Rise of the Tomb Raider is a SEQUEL to a game that was sold on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360! They cut off many people who were on other platforms and enjoyed the first game from playing the sequel! It's not the same thing at all!
