If you click Report and put in Personal Reasons, then it will hide it for you without actually reporting the post itself.

I'll take your word for that then, but there's still one problem ninja: We can only do that typically when the report button shows up in the thread. Original postings haven't always had those when I pulled up the thread. All the same, I can work with this so I'll drop this now.
