I noticed and when I'm in my fireteam I usually don't have the problem of loot drops, we know better then to grab some else loot if they are taking out a group of enemies. And we also just kinda play to have fun and wreak our enemies. But yea I would love to trade with my fireteam, because sometimes we get weapons that we don't need but the other would benefit from and vice versa.
