NO. WAY. Claptrap's voice is the most horrible thing in the world. I like the Ghost's voice. It's a ghost.. There's not supposed to be a whole lot of emotion. It's calm and easy on the ears. A high pitch voice would drive me insane. Completely disagree with your suggestion.
