I was wondering what the best loot you guys found that you're not able to use due to the level cap. My best loot is a rare shotgun that had 92 base attack. The attack can be upgraded twice, I can choose between either lighter rounds that allow me to carry more, or rounds that can penetrate through people. The best part is that it can be upgraded to fully automatic. That thing would be a beast and I can't use it because I have to be level 10. Anyone have some awesome loot they can't use?
