Seen so many people exclusively do gym work and screwing up their joints, as well as doing absolutely nothing for cardio either. Strength =/= fitness (by itself anyway)

  • That last part is definitely true. I see fitness as a culmination of living a healthy lifestyle, as well as being athletically superior to the average person.

  • It's surprisingly easy once you make training a habit. A while ago I gave myself 2 weeks off due to fatigue and declining performance. It's now a struggle to start training more than twice a week haha (bearing in mind that I'm training under a sports institute, and my program included 2 gym sessions a week and as much as 600 km of riding at it's peak).
