To win a match, you need to score. Only one ball entered Belgium's goal in the tournament and it was a penalty at that.
Belgium's defense is top tier, I wouldn't dismiss them so easily.

Remember who they played? Russia, Korea, and Algeria. And the US has scored 2 goals a game this tournament, except for Germany. And Belgium isn't on the level of Germany. I'm not dismissing them, but it won't be like we are playing a Brazil or Netherlands

So Hazard isn't that worry some. I would give Belgium the upper hand a little, but not much. They havnt played anyone very dangerous yet.
