My flag just arrived.
Got myself an American flag for the 4th. What's your plans for the 4th?

Just realized I'll be in Boston on the fourth, that's going to be one hell of a show. I'll be in town with my father and my cousins in Israel who I haven't seen in, shit, eleven years? It'll be so nice to meet then again, the last thing I remember is playing Halo: CE with my cousin Omri, he's married now for shit's sake. But most importantly I'm anxious to see Myann, who's my age and The cousin I'm closest to. Plus Say what you will about America and our (sometimes questionable) policies, but the event really is quite beautiful, with the explosions of light overhead hopefully reflected on a pond. I also love how it's one of the few times a year everything seems happy you know? I just kind of let myself get swept up and enjoy the whole thing, life is a bitch so you have to enjoy all the good things in it, it's what makes it all worthwhile.

Then we gun go home light off our own our of town and maybe spot another field on fire.. Side Story: One year our family went to our grandparents and lit off fireworks. Well we had plywood on a flat level to light them off of then a tube for artillery shells. Well an aunt is like, "Hey you guys shouldn't launch those in that tube,use this one it'll work better" 'Uh ok I guess' *Lights off artillery* *Tube falls over* *Artillery goes flying under a pickup* *I hear my cousin:* "[b]SHIIIIT![/b]" [b][i][u]BOOOM![/u][/i][/b] Everything was okay though, we just stopped listening to our aunt...

10 回复I'm going to celebrate the ideals America was founded on, and the people who fought for them. Then I'm going to gripe about our government as usual. As a side note, do you hate the Gov. of America, or America in its entirety? And if you hate America in its entirety, how can you hate people you have never met, such as me?
