Because the one you've posted is a bit of a drop in performance.
I understand it's a bit of a drop in performance. I'm not going to make the buyer spend more than necessary.
And the only thing I changed was the i7 and the video card.

A drop from a 780 to a 770 is noticeable though.

It still doesn't matter. If at the end of the day, I'm going to get a better experience with my first rig, ten I'll buy that one. I'm just looking for areas to mitigate spending.
