The thing though is that if the other countries have those dashcams you would be seeing like this all the time as well.

Yeah true, but just driving in Russia you're always on edge...people are constantly cutting in front of you and i'd wager about a tenth of the population dont know what an indicator is. I drive in England too so i can compare, and Russia is worse tenfold.
