Your loyalty is being rewarded (only pre-orders get access to the beta) but you have to understand that when they were under Microsoft's thumb they couldn't go multi-platform and appeal to the other 2/3rds of the market. You have to understand that within it's core, every gaming company is a business and the decisions that they make (i.e in game purchases, DLC, or beta exclusivity) is made from a financial standpoint.
