Ghost. Having an AI of some sort with its own "body," able to manipulate physical objects would be unbelievably useful. Also, he seems like a witty, sarcastic construct...

They're all awesome, and immensely powerful, but they don't come with their own chassis capable of manipulating physical objects. Except 343 Guilty Spark or 2401 Penitent Tangent, but I really don't want rampant Forerunner AIs mucking about my house...
