Lets just make something clear.... Nobody. Likes. Quick scoping. It is by far the worst exploit in all of the call of duty games, and the only people who spend enough time practicing this nonsense are people who can't play the game the way it was meant to. Play smart, think tactically, and pick your shots. Don't run around hip firing a bolt action rifle.
