Buy game from French retailer Micromania and play the english version of the game
Hi there,
I recently placed a reservation order for the beta version of Destiny, I live in France and purchased it on the Micromania reseller website. But I would like to know if it's possible to get the game in English, like multiplayer english voices.
Or will this give trouble for the servers as I'm playing from France.
Should I buy the game on amazon.com to get the english version of the game instead?

4 回复I think you'll be set up with people in the same general continent as you. If you want a copy in English, then I would recommend buying from an English-speaking retailer. Amazon.co.uk should work, but I don't know what the French use as currency, or if Amazon UK'll accept it.

I don't think you need to worry. You are playing an on line game. When you start you will pick your language. I don't know what system you are on. When I booted up my PS4 it asks you what language and where you live. Same for on line global games. The server question? If you can pick a English server? I don't know. The last game I played, a MMO. You picked your language and server. Destiny is not a MMO, but I think they will have things in common. Good luck and good hunting!

It's your call. I don't see any reason why being french and playing on the english version would be a problem, I don't think they'd design it so that french versions can only play with french versions or english versions might only be able to play with english versions, naturally you'll run into language barriers eventually but I think that will happen regardless of whether you buy the french or english version.
