To be honest, I rarely listen to the music while gaming. I may notice it as I play, but I have a habit of ignoring sounds such as music when I'm focused. Oddly enough, I still go look up any of the soundtrack and listen to it while trying to see if I remember it.

I blame the fact that I PC gamed for three years without sounds nor does it help that I'm an extremely quiet person. The only music in games that I remember, are the ones when nothing is happening like Snake Eater during that ladder scene and Siege of Mardigral from Odst and 3 when I can actually listen to it.
