4 回复Was it avoidable? This of course is an opinion question but given that this is one of your fields of interest, I feel inclined to ask. Most scholars of the war I've talked to will say of course, and then point to various failings of the Paris Peace Conference and other events as evidence -- but I believe that's fundamentally a hindsight approach based of memory learned later and not necessarily one that conclusively proves inevitability of war. So in your opinion, could the war be avoided? If so -- and if you desire to elaborate -- what policies could have prevented war?

1 回复由The Cellar Door编辑: 1/12/2015 7:35:28 AMWould you consider Adolf Hitler's actions to prioritize Germany as a significant world power would justify him as a good leader? It is imperative to say that Germany was in a figurative shit hole beforehand. This question is meant to neglect the war atrocities caused by the National Socialist German Workmen's Party, and strictly pay attention to Adolf Hitler as a political figure.

1 回复What is the oddest conspiracy theory you've heard about Germany's holdings in the Antarctic? Some people think there either is or was a secret sub base there. I don't think that is plausible, but I wanted to ask a fellow history buff.
